Denne sjokoladen er laget med Chuncho-kakao. Det er en svært sjelden urkakao med florale og fruktige smaksnoter. Forskere mener at Chuncho muligens er den mest aromatiske kakaoen som finnes. I Kiteni-distriktet finnes en sort Chuncho med smak av rose. Når Rosenkilde opplevde denne for første gang bestemte hun seg straks for å lage sjokolade med denne unike kakaotypen.
