Ces fèves proviennent de la coopérative Öko Caribe qui a perfectionné l’art de travailler avec de petits agriculteurs dans la région de San Drancisco de Macoris. Non loin de l’océan Atlantique, ce terroir est situé entre des chaines montagneuses au nord de la vallée de Cibao au sud. Gualberto et Adriano livrent des fèves d’exception aux notes profondes de cacao et de fruits rouges.
