Bursting with raspberries, this joyful bar of chocolate takes me back to my childhood, foraging in the hedgerows with berry stained fingers.
Sublimely creamy, it is craft made in my factory in Devon, from just natural cocoa butter, raw cane sugar, milk and raspberries.
El Blanco white chocolate and raspberries were simply born for each other.
The best ingredients make the best flavours, so all my chocolate is 100% Natural and I use no soya lecithin or vanilla.
I make it all bean to bar in small batches in my factory in Devon.

If the temperature exceeds 24° C, we ship orders using special insulating packaging and ice-gel. This type of packaging resists temperatures up to 35° C for approximately 3 days. At no additional cost!
Before shipping we check the weather forecast relating to our Turin warehouse, the destination location and the locations along the route (if known). We ensure that parcels are collected by the courier as late as possible in the afternoon. in case of hot weather we ship Monday to Wednesday depending on the expected transit time. And to exclude the risk of parcels being stored in a courier's warehouse over the weekend.
