Do casamento perfeito do Cacau da Tanzânia e Leite de Ovelha, nasceu uma cria rebelde: OVELHA NEGRA.

A ideia é simples: Para maximizar o paladar bem complexo desta harmonização entre o cacau frutado da Tanzânia e o leite gordo de ovelha, excluímos a adição de açúcar nesta receita.

É um chocolate de leite mas, contendo já 70% de cacau, o seu sabor é bem intenso como negro. Por outro lado, ausência de adoçante, permite apreciar as nuances mais subtis.

Com a ligeira doçura natural proveniente do leite de ovelha, faz sentir pão torrado, biscuit, caju, queijo amanteigado, numa textura densa e aveludada. O chocolate com corpo bem cheio, mas a acidez característica do cacau da Tanzânia, acrescenta leveza agradável no fim.

É um chocolate de leite bem desviante e diferente, como uma ovelha negra no seu rebanho.
