O arquipélago dos Açores situa-se no nordeste do Oceano Atlântico, a cerca de 2000km oeste da Península Ibérica. A terra é vulcânica e o clima ameno, com chuva atlântica que rega o ano inteiro os seus pastos. Estas condições naturais, proporcionam a qualidade excecional no leite dos Açores.
A Feitoria do Cacao elaborou uma receita original de chocolate branco, para realçar o paladar único do leite dos Açores, combinando a manteiga de cacau natural com a quantidade de açúcar bastante reduzida, sem aromatizantes, nem emulsionante (como todos os chocolates da nossa marca). Doce, mas equilibrado, onde se apreciam a riqueza e o sabor puro do Leite açoriano em forma de tablete.
Este chocolate também faria ótima companhia para o café, chá preto/verde intenso.
