Considéré comme la “Romanée conti du chocolat”. Issu d’une très petite production du nord du Vénézuela. Fève préservée par son isolement de toute polénisation d’autres cacaoyers, cette fève est issue de la variété rare et préservée: le Criollo. Perfection aromatique avec des notes des noisettes, juste acidulè et une amerttume de fruits rouges. Long en bouche, son parfum mele des notes de fruits séchés comme la figue ou l’agrume.
