Tavoletta Fondente – Prodotta da Rózsavölgyi Csokoládé
Portuguese colonisers brought this Amolenado cocoa from Amazonia to the islands of Sao Tomé in the 1850’s. Since then, it developed its peculiar hints of aroma, derived from the unique soil and climate of the island. Through careful roasting and processing, we created a chocolate that is rich in aromas of walnut, raisins and figs.
