The Rio Sinu cacao arrives in Europe from Colombia on the sailing ship «Tres Hombres»; here it is roasted, conched and processed into the typical laflor chocolate bars. And now we have added a pinch of salt from the saltworks in Bex in the canton of Vaud. The coarseness of the alpine salt has a bold effect and gives the chocolate an exciting, playful note.
