Made with single-origin cocoa beans from northern Haiti, this dark milk chocolate is a bold twist on tradition – offering the deeper flavor of dark chocolate with the lush texture of milk. It’s a bar that showcases the unique character of Haitian cacao: bright, warm, and unmistakably vibrant.
The cocoa is sourced from the PISA (Produits Des Îles SA) Cooperative, where expert, women-led fermentation unlocks the full potential of each bean. While our focus is flavor, we’re proud to support producers like PISA, who are transforming Haiti’s cacao industry and ensuring better futures for farming communities.
