Profil aromatique : vert, floral, fleur d’oranger, jasmin, violette, cacao, bois sec, grillé du fruit sec, amertume.
Nous travaillons avec des producteurs de cacao de la communauté de “Tesoro Escondido” situés dans la région du Choco (région forestière vierge et menacée du nord-ouest de l’Équateur), qui compte environ 50 familles. Dans cette réserve naturelle il y a un partenariat avec une ONG équatorienne, proyecto Washu, et l’université de Sussex en Angleterre dans le cadre d’un projet de conservation. Ce projet englobe la protection de la forêt primaire ainsi que l’habitat d’une espèce de primate endémique, le singe-araignée à tête brune.
La commercialisation du cacao cultivé par la communauté dans le cadre de ce projet, permets d’assurer et même d’augmenter les revenus des familles de la zone, sans exploitation démesurée des ressources naturelles.
Les producteurs de cacao travaillent essentiellement du cacao variété Nacional arriba qui a un profil aromatique très floral.

Nos tablettes sont toutes emballées dans un sachet biodégradable et compostable dans un compost ménager. La cartonnette qui la protège a été imprimée en Bretagne avec des encres végétales!

If the temperature exceeds 24° C, we ship orders using special insulating packaging and ice-gel. This type of packaging resists temperatures up to 35° C for approximately 3 days. At no additional cost!
Before shipping we check the weather forecast relating to our Turin warehouse, the destination location and the locations along the route (if known). We ensure that parcels are collected by the courier as late as possible in the afternoon. in case of hot weather we ship Monday to Wednesday depending on the expected transit time. And to exclude the risk of parcels being stored in a courier's warehouse over the weekend.
