The small establishment of Definite is located in the center of Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic. With its dark chocolate Definite wants to enhance the aromatic notes characteristic of the different regions of the Dominican Republic. Definite buys cocoa beans directly from local farmers. Definite uses only high quality single origin cocoa, which it transforms with the utmost care into precious chocolate bars. Through a specific roasting for each different cocoa, depending on the origin, it aims to enhance the tasting notes typical of each variety of cocoa. Definite to produce its chocolate uses only cocoa and sugar to create a chocolate that is as natural and pure as possible. The flavored bars are created with additional natural and locally sourced Dominican ingredients to offer aficionados a special Caribbean experience. The design of the elegant packaging derives from the decorations of the colonial houses that can still be admired on the island.
