Creamy dark chocolate with hints of raisins, apricot and rum.
Using the Trio Reserve Microlot cocoa beans (harvest 2020) grown in the Maya Mountain North Forest Reserve, deep in the jungle of Toledo. Supplied by Uncommon Cacao, Fjak immediately fell in love with these beautiful cocoa beans, which have been expertly fermented by Maya Mountain Cacao, with their deep flavour profile, of raisins, apricot and rum.
