Ces fèves ont été soigneusement sélectionnées par nos soins, puis elles ont été triées à la main, torréfiées, concassées et conchées dans notre atelier situé rue Fondaudège à Bordeaux dans la plus pure tradition du “Bean to Bar”.

Ces fèves proviennent de la Vallée d’Urubamba, connue comme la Vallée Sacrée des Incas au Pérou.

Hasnaâ a adapté la torréfaction et le temps de conchage afin de permettre à la succession de notes fraiches de cerise griotte macérées et de figues sèches avec une sucrosité gourmande de s’exprimer au mieux dans cette tablette.

Ces tablettes exceptionnelles ne contiennent que deux ingrédients : Des fèves de cacao et du sucre de canne Bio.
