Une sélection de cacaos fins organiques (certifiés) de 25 familles, engagées et formées par une experte belge, dans une fermentation de qualité.

This chocolate has at the same time a strong, and soft character: a marked chocolate flavor, but not too bitter, with marked notes of wild wood and black olives, sweetened by natural honey notes. A selection of fine flavor organic cacaos (certified) from 25 families from central Nicaragua, committed and formed in quality fermentation by a Belgian expert (now friend of our chocolaterie).
