Ces fèves de cacao proviennent du district de Toledo à l’extrême sud du Belize, à la frontière avec le Honduras. Ce cacao est cultivé par les agriculteurs de Mopan Maya, près du village de San Jose. Ce chocolat développe des arômes de caramel, de citron et d’agrumes avec une belle longueur.
