Gran Reserva coffee is a special coffee that is grown in Fazenda Aracuan, in Ibicoara, located in the beautiful region of Chapada Diamantina, in the State of Bahia, today it is one of the most renowned areas of origin of the fine Brazilian coffees. Luca and his wife Juli, owners of Latitude 13° Roasters, are very proud of this coffee, as it is grown observing the biodynamic concepts of certified organic agriculture. These special practices give this coffee a very exotic DNA that, in a medium roast profile, releases notes of sugar cane molasses and chocolate. This makes Gran Reserve Coffee a perfect match with Bold Roast Baianí 70% chocolate.
