Situées dans la région de San Martin, les plantations s’étendent dans un paysage à l’ambiance tropicale. Le terroir sert de réserve à des espèces menacées d’extinction, protégées dans le Parc national Rio Abiseo et le Parc national de la Cordillère bleue. Ses lacs, comme le Lago Lindo et le Lago Azul, offrent de célèbres eaux cristallines.

Dans la forêt tropicale de Lamas, l’humidité permet un développement parfait de la culture du cacao. Cette plantation est cultivée de manière biologique. Ces fèves offrent un chocolat d’exception aux notes complexes de fleurs et de fruits acidulés.
