Notre Upala Lait équilibre des notes de fruits jaunes et de caramel, avec une texture douce et crémeuse. Le cacao d’Upala provient d’arbres de fermes familiales héritées de génération en génération. A 50% de cacao, il est considéré un lait “foncé”.

Our Milk Upala balances yellow fruit and caramel notes, with the sweet and creamy texture given by milk. Its cocoa comes from trees inherited from generation to generation in familiy farms. Cocoa culture in Upala is done in agroforestry or intercropping, compensating environmental effects of monocultures in the area.
