Ce chocolat doux au lait (foncé) a un caractère rare, bien fruité (ananas). Son cacao est récolté des arbres parfois de plus de 200 ans. Une variété choyée depuis les temps pre-Incas pour sa richesse aromatique. Ce n’est pas pour rien qu’il a été primé récemment avec un Or aux Academy of Chocolate Awards.
