Ces fèves sont cultivées dans de petites fermes dans la région d’Upala. Ce terroir porte le nom de Maleku : peuple autochtone des plaines du nord du Costa Rica, situé dans la réserve indigène de Guatuso San Rafael, dans la province d’Alajuela. Ces fèves offrent un chocolat complexe avec une légère amertume, des notes d’agrumes et de cafés.

If the temperature exceeds 24° C, we ship orders using special insulating packaging and ice-gel. This type of packaging resists temperatures up to 35° C for approximately 3 days. At no additional cost!
Before shipping we check the weather forecast relating to our Turin warehouse, the destination location and the locations along the route (if known). We ensure that parcels are collected by the courier as late as possible in the afternoon. in case of hot weather we ship Monday to Wednesday depending on the expected transit time. And to exclude the risk of parcels being stored in a courier's warehouse over the weekend.
