Utilizing different fermentation inoculants and techniques, Camino Verde is able to achieve unique flavor profiles in each of their batches. Camino Verde works closely with artisan chocolate makers to bring out the best cacao in the region. For the first time, we are using Camino Verde cocoa butter to create a white chocolate unlike any you have had before. Corey has been searching for a white chocolate with Matcha for years and we ended up making it ourselves!
