Round dark chocolate with notes of chocolate ganache, almond & apple.
The Tumaco region has a vibrant mix of local cacao genetics, where producer associations are actively working to understand and propagate the unique genetics found throughout the forests around their communities. The beans used in this bar originate from four associations: Afromuvaras, Asprocat, Cortepaz and Corpoteva. Perfectly blended for flavour by Cacao Hunters in Colombia. Limited to 900 bars.
