Ces fèves ont été soigneusement sélectionnées par nos soins, puis elles ont été triées à la main, torréfiées, concassées et conchées dans notre atelier situé rue Fondaudège à Bordeaux dans la plus pure tradition du “Bean to Bar”.
Ces fèves proviennent de la Vallée d’Urubamba, connue comme la Vallée Sacrée des Incas au Pérou.
Hasnaâ a adapté la torréfaction et le temps de conchage afin de permettre à la succession de notes fraiches et gourmandes de fruits rouges (cerise, fraise des bois…) sur un final légèrement Moka (café) de s’exprimer au mieux dans cette tablette.
Ces tablettes exceptionnelles ne contiennent que deux ingrédients : Des fèves de cacao et du sucre de canne Bio.

Before shipping we check the weather forecast relating to our Turin warehouse, the destination location and the locations along the route (if known). We ensure that parcels are collected by the courier as late as possible in the afternoon. in case of hot weather we ship Monday to Wednesday depending on the expected transit time. And to exclude the risk of parcels being stored in a courier's warehouse over the weekend.
