This cacao grows in one of the most biodiverse, multi-ethnicand mystique of all ecosystems in Colombia: la Sierra Nevada. It a very sophisticated blend that gives a chocolate that balances woody, kind of whisky notes, with a sweet and fresh mandarin flavor. Very unique.

Plantations: small producers in Sierra Nevada mountains, northeast of Colombia.
