En mörk choklad med eleganta toner av ros, litchifrukt och nymald svartpeppar. Vi handlar bönorna av producenten Ucayali river cacao som har sin fermenteringsstation utanför Pucallpa i Perus del av Amazonerna. URC arbetar tillsammans med USAID och Alianza Peru för att ge bönder en utväg från kokainindustrin. URC köper färsk kakao och betalar tio procent mer än motsvarande vikt jäst kakao. Kakaobönderna får därmed mer betalt och slipper dessutom det mödosamma jäsningsarbetet.

The shipping cost is free for all orders over €198 with delivery within the European Union. For orders under €198 the shipping cost is €19.80.
