As part of the ‘Bold & Boozy’ series, this bar combines the
craft of distilling with the craft of chocolate making. By infusing Dominican Republic cocoa nibs, with an aromatic gin from Feddie Ocean Distillery, we have created a dark bar with boozy hints of fresh lemon and licorice. Feddie Ocean Distillery is located on the remote island of Fedje, on Norways west coast.

All of our single-origin bars are made with just cocoa beans, sugar and cocoa butter. Our chocolates are free of soy, dairy, eggs, and gluten. No added lecithin, or vanilla.
