As part of our ‘World Flavours’ series, and by popular demand, we finally get busy exploring the fantastic combination or chilli and chocolate. By lacing the beautiful Thailand cocoa beans from Chanthaburi, with the aromatic heat of Thailands most emblematic flavour of Bird Eye chilli, we find ourselves somewhere between the colourful street food markets of Bangkok and the lush green cocoa plantations of south east Thailand.
