Tavoletta Fondente – Prodotta da Naive
A recent discovery of a special cocoa from the interior of Colombia. It tastes like purple flowers, apples and overripe bananas!
This cacao was recently discovered during an expedition in the Magdalena Medio Antioqueño region of Colombia. The team became aware of the unique taste of the fresh pulp, which tastes of purple flowers, apples and overripe bananas. And the beans, which were fermented, dried and roasted afterwards, also had a surprising taste. This cacao was named after Patiburrú Hill, known for its moon views, hiking, chocolate, camping and also for the Dragon Festival in August.
