Located in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, Finca Garyth has been working hard to bring back and preserve the unique Ecuadorian Nacional cacao that was thought to be extinct around the early 1900s. Through organic and sustainable farming methods, they help to protect the rich biodiversity in the area. The chocolate made out of this exceptional cocoa has a mild, floral character that lacks bitterness. It has aromas of fresh grass, some smokyness, tobacco and banana in the finish.
